My order was lost by the shipping company. I reached out to the Autistic Innovator, who sent me a link to better track it for the first week and was sent replacements for everything when it was clear that it had been lost in delivery. Since a few of the items were out of stock at that point, I was allowed to choose the new colors of the available stock myself. Very reasonable, and very polite customer service. Already recommended the fidget ring to an acquaintance who admired my new fidget ring.

I really like the whole concept of the Autistic Innovator store, and the site is well organized.

I do kinda wish that it was more clear that the items are shipped from multiple locations, and that there were a way to figure out which items are from the same place for those of us who’d prefer to minimize packaging.

The autistic innovator was very accessible and helpful when I asked about my shipment. I like the “chat” option so that you can connect with someone directly and not have to tediously email back and forth. I have recommended Autistic Innovator to my friends and family.
