Initially, the fox I received was damaged with a hole in its side, which exposed the stuffing. Other than that, the plushie is incredibly soft and well-sized, the limbs are weighted and feel as though they have little soft beads inside.
I reached out to Ashley to inquire about a return and replacement due to the damage, to my surprise she offered a second plushie in addition to the original. Talk about sublime customer service!
Other than the little mishap which could happen anywhere, I can not fault the product or store at all.

I got the large one and it's pretty big. I wish it had some more fluff, cause it's a little floppy, but that's a personal preference. The snoot is smooth and less fluffy, but it's got a great tactile feel. I will probably buy another different sized one when I can
A wonderfully fluffy buddy to cuddle with, the texture is extremely soft and light and the weighted paws make such a wonderful difference from other plushies. I originally wanted a Large, but bought a Small in the past anyhow and I love him just as much, it's like I now have a fox for my fox, as both are nestled comfortably together on my bed.
